About Us

On the N5 only 70km from Bethlehem you will find Senekal where wide streets, a countryside feel, and blue skies greet you. At Senekal’s Aged Care Centre, residents are cared for with love and respect. 72 Frail elderly people live here in a variety of housing options. The Centre was also registered in 2021 for the care of intellectual disabilities for persons under 60 years of age. There is also a Service Centre, Glimlag, and sub-economic and share-title flats available here.

Senekal Aged Care Centre offers a variety of housing and care.

Frail and Disabled care

Here, 24-hour care is offered to frail elderly people, bedridden residents or people who are wheelchair-bound.

  These apartments are ideal for couples and are also pet-friendly.
• Single and Double rooms
  Accommodation for up to 72 people. Some rooms have their own toilet facilities or showers, the other rooms have shared bathroom facilities.
• 5 x Luxury rooms
  Private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a kitchenette

Sub-Economic

• 24 x single apartments
  These apartments are available to elderly persons according to their monthly income. One of the apartments is suitable for an elderly couple.

Frail and Disabled care

• 51 x Two- and Three-bedroom apartments
  The Centre has a Sectional Title Scheme which is managed and controlled by a Trustee and Management Agent according to the Sectional Title Act. All services are available as mentioned.
