- 06:30 – Coffee available
- 06:30 – Food available (tickets at school hall glass doors)
- 07:00 – Official opening (Ds M. Vorster)
- 07:15 – Rugby and netball fixtures commence
- 11:00 – Slaughter & store lamb auction
- 11:00 – Spitbraai competition begins
- 14:00 – Wine pairing & tasting (main tent)
- 17:30 – Spitbraai prize-giving
- 19:00 – Live performance by Jo Black
Food stalls and the tuck shop will be open throughout the day.
Sport Highlights
The day also features a full rugby and netball programme, starting from early morning and running throughout the day, with multiple schools and teams participating across age groups.

- Entrance fee: R10 for spectators
- Matches run according to a structured schedule with strict timekeeping
- Teams must be ready on time and participate in correct age groups
- Each team must provide a referee or line judge where required
